How much does a website cost?
Our most popular plans start at $0 down and $175 per month for up to 5 custom pages, hosting, and ongoing updates. For larger sites, our Growth plan is $275 per month. If you prefer to pay once and own the files outright, one-time builds begin at $2,400.
Is hosting included?
Yes. High-speed, secure cloud hosting is fully included with every monthly subscription. You never receive a separate hosting invoice.
Can I request changes after my website launches?
Yes. Simply email Clyde Astrid Tan at clyde@cielledesigns.com with the text, photos, or service details you want updated. Routine updates and maintenance are part of your monthly membership.
How long does a website take?
Most custom small-business websites are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your business details and feedback.
Do you use templates?
No. Every website is designed from scratch around your specific company, your services, and your target audience. We do not recycle cookie-cutter themes.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every website is built mobile-first. Text is clear to read, buttons are easy to press, and phone numbers can be dialed with a single tap.
Can you help with SEO?
Yes. All sites include foundational on-page search engine optimization so Google can easily read your pages and index your service areas. We also provide dedicated local search services.
Do you work with businesses anywhere in the US?
Yes. We work remotely with small business owners across the entire United States via phone, email, and scheduled video calls.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. There is no minimum contract period and no lock-in. You pay month to month. If Cielle is ever not the right fit for your business, you can cancel at any time with no penalties and no questions asked.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
If you cancel a monthly subscription plan, your website hosting and ongoing management stop at the end of your billing cycle. You always retain ownership of your domain name, company logos, and all written text and photography provided by you.
Can I keep my website if I cancel?
On the monthly membership plan, the ongoing low price covers design, development, and active hosting together. If you decide to move away and wish to take the exact custom code files with you to another host, we provide a clean buyout option. Alternatively, clients who choose our outright purchase package own their entire site code from day one.
