Website pricing and plan details are provided for general information and may change. The price and services for your project are those confirmed in your project agreement. Monthly plans are billed according to that agreement; the currently advertised plans have no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time. On cancellation, hosting and management end at the close of the applicable billing period. Site ownership, code transfer, and any buyout are handled as described in the plan and project agreement.
You are responsible for having the rights to the text, photographs, logos, and other materials you provide, and for the accuracy of information you approve for publication. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, custom code, third-party assets, and your supplied materials will be set out in the project agreement. Third-party tools, fonts, software, and services remain subject to their own terms.
